iCloud files not found

I have 5 gb of storage, and I'm using 13 gb, but can only see less then 100 mb in my iCloud.

I've seen a lot of post talking about deleting files that are hidden on iCloud. But all the step-by-step solutions given there didn't help help me. There is just no way for me to delete these files.

I'm using a Macbook Pro and an Iphone 6s
