You cannot reach Apple directly through these columns as they are manned by volunteers, users, much like yourself. However, we can help you … but do be aware that although Apple usually treat requests sympathetically where a genuine mistake has occurred, refunds are not a right.


On your electronic receipt you will see an invitation to ‘Report a problem’. Report what you say here as your problem and Apple will contact you.
