We had no trouble printing on our HP8600Plus printer on the 4 iPhones and 4 IPads in our household until after a recent software update on these Apple devices the print is about one sixth of the normal size and is unreadable. What can we do to rectify the problem?
Hi. Try making the text larger before printing. Adjust Settings > Display & Brightness > Text Size. You can set it back to normal after.
