What phone are you talking about and have you reset network settings?
Since the latest software update yesterday I had problem with “no internet hardware installed”. Spent 2 hours getting chat assistance and eventually told it was a hardware problem and to arrange repair. Went today for repair appointment and wi-fi was working. Was told not a hardware problem but likely a problem with the latest software update which was giving intermittent connectivity problem. The guru said that he had phone calls from a number of customers with same problem today. How many others have this problem since updating the Apple software? If it is a software problem when will Apple provide a fix?

It’s not my iPhone it’s my MacBook Pro. IPhone and iPad don’t have problem.
