Hello guys,

I have an issue with logging in my Apple ID and really need your help. Trying to summarize the story:

1. I have 2 IPhone devices: 1 is 4S and the other one 5S

2. When I bought my first IPhone 4s, I created my first and only Apple ID account, activated the phone and also activated "Find my IPhone" setting

3. After 2 years, I wanted to change my IPhone, so I bought the 5S IPhone - where I used the same Apple ID

4. Because I was sure that I will never ever use another time the 4S, I deleted from "My devices" it and reset the IPhone 4s

5.Yesterday. I wanted to access again 4S, I put my Country and Language, connected to my cellular network dates and put my Apple ID and password, but seems that the system doesn't recognized the Apple ID used.

I'm sure that it is the correct one, because is the only one that I ever used - I've tried to change my password, but I have the same issue - the message it that the Apple ID is incorrect.

I think that, because I deleted the 4S from my devices, the connection between the phone and the Apple ID isn't available, but seems that the phone mentioned that my Apple ID starts with the same letter as my Apple ID is, but still doesn't recognized it.

Is there a possibility to search after my IMEI and see how to make the connection between Apple ID and phone?

I don't know if I explain it very good but any idea you can give me will help me!
