How to sync the Pop-up menu

I'm not sure I understand your question.

Do you mean:

A: "I want the pop-up menu in C2 of "Utgifter" to contain the list in B2:B6 of the table "PENGAR UT""

OR

B: "I want the value displayed in B2 of "Utgifter" to be retrieved from column B of "PENGAR UT" depending on the value chosen in the pop-up menu in C2 of "Utgifter."

OR

Is your question different from both of these?

It's not straightforward, but there's a solution by Yellowbox here which works for me using Numbers 4.3.1

It's very much a manual process - no automatic synching of the data to the popup.
