Portable hard drivers not showing

Hi I have about 6 Portable hard driver, I always use it for my photography + video backup, Once I have the update on High Sierra, I can able to see all the Portable Hard driver, but when open I can see all the files just for less than 0.5sec then nothing there, anyone have the same problem?
