Can't enable dictation
I tried enabling Siri, adding / removing keyboards, checked language settings, nothing on the internet is working. I have iPhone X on latest update. This is so frustrating.
No option for enable dictation at all.

Hi. Dictation requires an internet connection. You need to get that working before worrying about dictation.
