Is my iPhone damaged?

I'm having issues with my New iPhone SE. The thing is, once I tried to watch a video and it didnt have a sound, then tried it again and then speakers were hissig so I didnt know what to do and restarted phone and it helped. It was like 1 month ago, and then today I was trying to call someone and didnt hear sound from front microphone/receiver, called again and started hissing again but that time speakers werent hissing( I tried with app) so I restarted phone and both speakers(receiver and bottom speakers) worked well. Please help me is my iPhone damaged or what should I do? I dont want it to repeat occasionaly

Currently i'm running iOS 10.3.3
