Is my iPhone damaged?

Hello,

I'm having issues with my New iPhone SE. The thing is, once I tried to watch a video and it didnt have a sound, then tried it again and then speakers were hissig so I didnt know what to do and restarted phone and it helped. It was like 1 month ago, and then today I was trying to call someone and didnt hear sound from front microphone/receiver, called again and started hissing again but that time speakers werent hissing( I tried with app) so I restarted phone and both speakers(receiver and bottom speakers) worked well. Please help me is my iPhone damaged or what should I do? I dont want it to repeat occasionaly

Currently i'm running iOS 10.3.3

Get help with the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Try pressing and holding the Power and Home buttons until you see the Apple logo.

If that does not work, do a restore via iTunes and if you still have problems contact Apple Support.

Restarting helps, but im worried why did it happen twice? Is my iPhone damaged or it may happen and i dont have to worry?

The only way to know if there is a problem with the phone is to have Apple diagnose it for you.

If you are near an Apple Store make an appointment at the Genius Bar for a hardware evaluation.

You need to update to ios 11.1.1

If you still have a problem make an appointment at Apple store For checking.
