Kernel Panic Sierra Upgrade

I can do anything with my MacMini anymore. It starts up and then it goes to a page that shows alternating schematic pix of a mouse and a dvdplayer? I dont know what it is. I cant get safe mode. NOTHING. Support gave up.

Mac mini (Late 2014), iOS 11.0.3, upgrade to sierra

Make a Service appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
