How to Get Administrator User and Password

i unlocked the pad lock and changed my user name that time i forgot to tick admin option and locked padlock rt now i have a standard user and password bt when i try to create an admin ac this padlock ask me for administrator user name and password and when i try to put the current standard user name and password it denies what shall i do get get an administrator user and password
