Question:

Question: If I cancel my iPhone order with the upgrade program, will I owe anything to Citizens One?

I ordered the silver iPhone X through Apple's Upgrade Program. I would prefer the space gray model instead. I was told to cancel my order and reorder it (yes, I am aware that it will extend the delivery date). If I cancel my order which has been placed through Apple's Upgrade Program, will it simply cancel the loan and terminate the Upgrade Program commitment? (I understand the hard inquiry from the loan will stay on my credit score. My question is not pertaining to that.)

iPhone X, iOS 11.0.3

The loan would only become effective at the point in time in which you take ownership of the iPhone X. Since you would be cancelling and not taking ownership, there is no loan involved. All that has happened is that loan approval has been granted.
