Unlocking iPad

Got ipad from 2nd hands. And now it is locked. Cant change account. How to fix it. Dont have any contacts with previous owner

So that iPad is now a useless plate of hardware. And wasted 400 euro. God **** this crap. Is there any way to fix it? I mean legal way. I know that some pirates can breake it. But i dont want that ***...

The only legal way to remove the lock is to have the person who set it up do so. The only thing you can try is to return it to wherever you got it for a refund.

you can't bypass the activation lock, the owner of the appleID it's activated to needs to do the steps
