iPhone X won't charge wirelessly with mophie charging pad

My iPhone X won't charge using the Mophie charging pad. It worked yesterday when I got it for a few minutes, but hasn't worked since. I have tried a hard reset on the phone, unplugging, and moving it to a new outlet. The phone charges fine when plugged in. Any one have any ideas, is this a Mophie problem or an Apple problem?
