Question: No Radio on Apple Watch Series 3

I have just switched from Apple Watch series 1 to Series 3 today. From user guide, it says that Series 3 comes with a Radio app but I can't find it. Any idea?

I restored the Series 3 from my Series 1's backup, instead of setting up as a brand new. Is it the cause?

How can I add the Radio back?

Thanks.
