Can't delete raid

I set up a raid 0 with 2 USB drives and erased one of them by accident. The first one works like a normal USB drive now but the 2nd USB drive is still stuck in the raid array and I can't delete the raid, or erase the drive. (I don't know how I did it the first time. I clicked random buttons) I plugged it into a windows computer and it said it is write protected and i can't reformat the drive even with command prompt. I did the regedit thing but there was no write protect tab. Tried terminal commands too, as well as the stuff I found on the internet but still not working. help?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)
