Iphone keyboard glitch

I have noticed that the keyboard automatically switches to Arabic whenever i open any app that requires typing. Tho I rarely use arabic keyboard. I thought this will be fixed after the last software update but it’s still there.

Also noticed that the comment box disappears (facebook - instagram) when I use emoticon. (It hides under the keyboard)

Any solution? Is it a software or a device issue?
