If I purchase an Apple Watch series 1 from US, will I have international warranty? Including India?

Apple's Limited Warranty terms for an Apple Watch purchased from Apple or an Apple Authorised Reseller in the US are detailed here:

You would need to contact Apple Support or an Apple Authorised Service Provider in India to establish whether hardware service for any given issue is available in India under the warranty:
