New message priblem

Hi I have 8+ and notice that when I push icon message and 3d menu appears it doesn’t work when I choose anything. For example pushing new message you will be directed to list of messages and you have to open additionally new message

What troubleshooting have you tried? I have just tried it on my iPhone 7, and it works like it should. If I choose New Message, it takes me right to the new Message screen. User troubleshooting steps include restart, restore from backup, restore to factory.

Hi Chris,

Thnks for advice but unfortunately it doesn’t work.

I tried everything and problem still standing.

From service told me that they have and other signals with same issue.

May be it’s better to give the phone to them to fix or to change it.
