Yes, there is a problem with my credit card. However, though all the items I have already paid for show up, I can not access them. I find this unacceptable and am looking for real answers and not trillion dollar company deflections.

Until you've resolved the issue with your card, you're not going to be able to update apps. You can try removing the card entirely.


Create or use your Apple ID without a payment method - Apple Support


If you can't choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support


Remember, this is a user-to-user technical support forum. We have no access to your account or any ability to change anything with it. For that, you need to talk to Apple directly.
