Import photos to windows pc

Hello Apple.

Not sure whether you can help. I connected my iPhone to my pc and for some reason I only have 80-85 photos imported out of 300. Also, some videos ar appearing with and “!” When watching.

Can you please help me on this? I have some sentimental pictures which I don’t with to delete.
