Obviously, you have trouble reading. Apple is not here on the forum, you are not addressing Apple here. So all your childish comments about Apple are not even going to be seen by Apple. However, if you are really concerned in speaking to them, then use their feedback link here, http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html

Hello, you will want to reach out to an official Apple Support channel. You can either call, email, or visit an Apple Store to get further assistance with this issue. This is just an Apple Support Community that is contributed to by random people on the internet and we won't be able to do anything for you.

That being said, Apple has plainly stated for the past year since the iPhone 7's release that the Jet Black model iPhone will be subject to noticeable micro-abrasions and this is perfectly normal for this phone.

First off, this is a user to user support community and Apple does not participate here. So you will not get an answer from Apple. Cosmetic problems on the iPhone are not a warranty issue, and Apple will not replace a device for a cosmetic problem, which is what scratches are considered. Purchase a quality case for the phone and put the phone in it. That will not only protect the device, but hide the scratches that are concerning you at this time. As one of the other posters said, Apple indicated that the shiny black surface of the jet black phone will show scratches.

It was not a negative response. In the information about the device, shiny surfaces will show micro scratches. It will do that on a Samsung as well, although much of their products are plastic.

The return policy for the Apple iPhone is 14 days, unless you purchased from another retailer, and you would have to check on their return policy. If you feel that Samsung devices better suit your needs, then by all means purchase one.
