Install on what ? If on a Mac go to the Mac App Store and search for the apps (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) that you want to install and download and install them ; if on an iOS device go to the App Store app on it and search for the apps and download them.

Also, most newer devices already have iWork installed by default.
