iTunes Store Preferences Option Missing

Hi,

I'm trying to access the Store Preferences pane option in iTunes to enable 'use touch id' only for additional purchases but it's not available in version 12.7.1.14 or at least I'm not seeing it.

How do I get iTunes to stop asking for both touch id AND my password in this new version of iTunes.
