restore/ios update

Hi

i have started updating my ios but didn't see the battery level.

after some time phone goes shutdown and not opening.

when i connect the phone with laptop shows support.apple.com/iPhone/restore.

but can't open the phone.

does anyone can help me how can i restore the phone?
