Audio CD Opens with Chinese Characters

My friend burned an audio CD with Toast on his MacPro. It opens there as Audio CD with the two songs we burned. On my MacMini, it opened labeled User uploaded file and the two songs namedUser uploaded file. The CD plays correctly, iTunes opened it and I added the songs OK, but what is going on and how is this possible? We used a new blank CD and it opened in English on the MacPro. Why is it labeled in Chinese on my Mini? Thanks.

Mac mini, macOS Sierra (10.12.6), 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 16 GB 1600 MH
