I am noticing that the Ken Burns effect will allow you to adjust the end crop to align with you photo but the start crop blanks the picture so that you don't know where you are at in the photo. Is this normal behavior or is anyone else having this issue? It is an annoyance to keep refreshing the picture to se where the starting crop is at.

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand. I think you want me to remove all the transitions as I have many photos that I want to use this effect on. Cut them? By this, do you mean to make the Ken Burns cuts and adjustments for the movement that I desire? Paste them back? Not sure about this one.

Yes, you should apply Ken Burns first and only them add the transitions.
Did you apply a transition?
I do have a transition before and after the picture.
Try removing the transitions. Cut them. Make the adjustment and paste them back.
I just meant remove the transitions, make the adjustments, and replace the transitions.
