i0S11 Changes audio app after reconnecting bluetooth.

When listening to Apple Music in my car. If I stop and go into a store when I return my phone will start playing my podcasts instead of Apple Music. It sometimes happens in reverse, listening to podcasts and when reconnecting it plays Apple Music.

I have noticed this in my car and with my Beats X headphones. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason. Sometime I don't even use my iPhone while out of the car. It seems that the last app used should be the next audio app used to play when bluetooth connects.
