How to contact Apple

I just had a post deleted by the forum administrator because I was complaining about service from Apple.

Please don't tell me to go to Apple - Feedback I've done that, and there is no category that is appropriate to my problem. I submitted my program as a "bug report" since that was the closest I could come in the list provided.

How can I get in touch with a human being at Apple regarding an issue that has nothing to do with devices or software, but rather to get a problem resolved regarding one of apple's contractors.

I'm feeling completely stonewalled here.
