Are you running iTunes 12.7 on your PC? Devices running iOS 11 require iTunes 12.7, which requires Windows 7 or higher.

You missed it. I mean connecting to the my computer. The normal way like the hard drives do so that i can import photos to my PC. The iTunes app is ok
