wont let me log into icloud and app store cant connect

Everytime I try to log onto my icloud after updating to the latest iOS11 update, it says there is an error and it won't connect to the app store, which is very annoying as I cant update or download any apps. I know its not my internet connection because ive tried it on multiple different wifis and even my mobile data???
