Playing movies on my PC
Why won't my movies play in I-Tunes 12.7.1.14?
Do you get any error messages? How is your monitor connected? It could be a content protection issue.

My monitor is hooked like it is suppose to be. I just can't play the movies in I-Tunes in a separate window.
VGA, DVI, HDMI?

VGA I believe
So it could be a HDCP issue. If you're able to use DVI or HDMI instead you may find that the videos will play.
