why can't i access my archived emails on my ipad

I would like to be able to access my archived emails on my iPad using the iOS app (Outlook account), why cant I ?

Hi. Try going to Settings > Accounts & Passwords. Open the settings for your email account, and tap on Advanced, then Archive Mailbox. You can choose the Archive folder on the server.
