Activation after a restoration

Hello, i restored my iPhone 5s and after it turned on it won't get activate, it give me that message '' Your iPhone could not been activated because the server of activation not available''

that was since a month from now, if any one know the solution please help

PS : There's no problem with the sim card or the wifi.
