does anyone know how to switch between long side binding and short side binding on two sided printing?

It depends on your printer but usually there’s something in the printer settings

If you are using airprint, does your printer have an app? As in if it’s a Kodak printer, see if there’s a Kodak app for that printer. THat may have more robust controls than air print.

Or you can google your printer model and duplex printing and there should ve model specific instructions out there somewhere.

Which is not surprising since iOS versions are skinnied down. It may simply not be possible to control the flip via an iPad, WHich is why I suggested seeing if the printer has an app that may have better controls on which side to flip on. Or you may have to print from your computer...or there may be a third party printing app that has more controls.
