After reviewing your post, it seems like you are having issues downloading apps. I depend on being able to download apps to my iPhone as well. To confirm, this issue is occurring for all apps you try to download from the App Store? Let's have you try downloading the apps while using a Wi-Fi connection, instead of cellular. Also, please restart your iPhone and then try to download the apps again.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you still have issues with downloading apps, are you able to possibly try another Wi-Fi network?
