iMac keyboard text substitution won’t sync

I am still encountering keyboard text substitution sync issue on my iMac. The entries are disappearing and not functioning


There was suggestion of deleting the TextInput in iCloud:

User uploaded file

I performed above suggestion. It fixed the synchronizing issue between iPhone (iOS 11.1.1) and MacBook Pro (OS X 10.13.1) but single out the iMac.

Is there any known solution tho this specific issue?

iMac (27-inch Mid 2011), macOS High Sierra (10.13)
