IOS 11.1.1 iPhone apps not updating Fix

I Have called support on this issue and as of this morning support did not have a fix. Here is a temporary fix: Power off your phone. After you power it up go to the App Store, Updates, DO NOT select Update All! Manually selected two apps at a time and continue to do this until all apps are updated.
