Disabled iPod

My iPod touch is disabled and I can't recover it because I don't know the administrator password to my computer. What can else can I do to recover it?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding your iPod touch has been disabled, but you're unable to resolve this issue as you can't access the administrator account on your computer. I'm happy to help.

If you've forgotten the administrator password on a macOS user, take a look at the steps in the link below:
Change or reset the password of macOS user account

Once an iPod touch has been disabled it will need to be erased in order to remove the passcode. If you're unable to use your computer, use Find My iPhone in iCloud or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Please review the steps and information in the following link:
