whats has 11.1.1 done to voicemail

A couple of days ago my phone updated to 11.1.1 & now I can’t access my voicemail. Glitches like this are the reason I always waited to update my phone in the past, but ever since Apple installed the nag feature a couple of years ago almost every update since then has been a fiasco. Voicemail is just my latest frustration...Has anyone else lost their voicemail with the latest update?
