iPhone 7 Plus heated after IOS 11.1.1

My phone below the camera catches heat . I afraid that will explore any time.

I did a new restore and still the heat below the camera.

It started after IOS 11.1 and I updated it to the latest IOS 11.1.1 but still the heat occurred
