Redeem blu-ray HD codes for 4K files

Hello Apple Support/World-

1. Since the move to 4K in the iTunes store, if you already own or redeem a blu-ray HD code, will you be able to watch the 4K movie if its available for that film?

2. If I have to buy the movie in order to get the 4K feature, for movies that I own like Wonder Woman, I only see the iCloud download option and not an option to buy the 4K feature.
