Change AppleID associated w/Macbook Pro?

I’ve had a Mac Mini since 2009 or so. I got my wife a Macbook Pro two years ago, but I used my Apple ID when I helped her set it up.

This leads to several problems I’d like to fix:

1) She gets all MY Safari bookmarks (from iCloud.)

2) She has MY Facetime and iCloud ID

3) Lots of my photos get dumped into her Photos library.

4) If she looks in the App Store, all the Purchases are those done for the Mini. (Nor sure if this is a problem, but….)

We have not purchased App Store software for the Macbook Pro, other than upgrading to Sierra. She has downloaded Microsoft Office for Mac - not a App Store purchase. Currently running Time Machine to an external HD. The MacBook Pro does contain lots of her personal documents and photos.

My question: What is the best way to get the Macbook set up under an Apple ID for her? She’d appreciate a bit of independence, with her own iCloud account, etc.

FWIW, She has an Apple ID that she uses for her work-supplied iPhone. Not sure whether it’s a good idea to try to set up the MacBook Pro with that ID. I don't know what, if anything, happens when she eventually turns in the phone.

Thanks for the help.
