How do I limit my Bluetooth device?

I used to have a Samsung S7 edge, and in the Bluetooth settings I could control if my car's Bluetooth adapter could be used for calls or just music. How do I do this with the iPhone 8? I'm sick of answering calls and having to disconnect from my adapter so I can use my phone.
