Changing country, need to cancel Apple Music. I already did but it still says that?

I have just moved to New Zealand from Australia and am trying to change my App Store country over to NZ, however when I first tried, it said to change I need to cancel my Apple Music subscription, so I did. However it still won't let me change country, it keeps saying I need to cancel my subscription. What can I do?
