The worst ios !!!

My iphone 6s+ became laggish and its battery quickly decharge in cold weather .

Sometimes its battery level drop from 50% to less than 20% in about 20 minutes!!!!

Please fix it

Understand that the temperature that you state is at the very bottom of the operating temperature recommendation. That could explain the issue. Lithium-ion batteries exhibit problems in cold weather. That is a trait of the battery chemistry. Try keeping the device in an inside pocket and protect it from the cold.
