Network Preferences will not open
Upon newly starting up the computer, I can access the internet without a problem. However, sometimes if I close it up and set it aside, when I wake it up again, it can't access the internet. Restarting fixes internet access. However, at no time can I access Network Preferences. The window will pop up but everything is blank and nothing in the window responds to being clicked. I just have to force quit to close the window. I have already restarted in Safe Mode and it sill did not work.
