How to disable lock-screen hotkey (ctrl com Q) in High Sierra?

I'd like to disable the macOS default "lock screen" hotkey? It interferes with that same key combo I use often in my design programs. How can I turn this off?... or change it at least.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)

This should be the remedy. I already tried it prior to posting my question... but no luck locating this exact shortcut. Some shortcuts are so baked in they're default to the bone (meaning, impossible to change/remove). I hope this isn't the case. Thanks though!
