Black screen

Hello! When using my iPhone I constantly meet with the problem of unlocking. The phone has a completely black screen during an incoming call and when unlocking the phone. The lock is removed only after pressing the "lock" key 2-3 times, and then the button "home".
In all other cases, the phone can not be unlocked! Also during a call, the black screen and the sound of the call itself, but after clicking above the combination, the caller is automatically reset. Please take a look at this problem and suggest ways to fix it!

If I'm understanding correctly, your iPhone screen remains black and does not respond correctly when attempting to unlock the screen while on a call. I know how this can be a problem, and I'll be happy to help.
