Where are my videos from my iphone?

I just loaded iCloud on my PC for the first time and uploaded many photos from several years. I don't see any videos though. where are they? My iPhone 6 is using iOS11.1.1. My PC is still using windows 7 with the latest updates installed.

iPhone 6, iOS 10.3.1
